What Members Say

“I joined Premier Ladies (P.L.O.W was not formed yet) when I was just 19 years old, and it truly helped shape who I was becoming at the time. I used to be really shy, and being in that space, surrounded by confident, uplifting, purpose-driven women, helped bring me out of my shell. That sisterhood poured into me during a pivotal season in my life and helped me see my value, find my voice, and step into my potential.

Now, at 35, it’s beautiful to reflect on how those early moments of encouragement and connection planted seeds of confidence and growth. I’m so proud of everything P.L.O.W stands for and the legacy it continues to build. Big love to Ms. Georgia for creating something so powerful and life-changing.” —Candice Grace

Premier Lady of the Month-Dannie P.

Dannie P, known to many as The Foxy Trainer, is a vibrant force blending culture, movement, and confidence. She is the creator of RegHopLet, a unique fusion of reggae, hip hop, and ballet designed to bring joy, wellness, and rhythm to fitness. Based in Central Florida, Dannie is a proud mom to an amazing 13-year-old and credits her Jamaican upbringing for shaping her strength, creativity, and pride in her roots. Her parents taught her to embrace her culture daily — a foundation that continues to fuel her work and identity as an entrepreneur, fitness trainer, and Certified Nurse Assistant. With credentials from both Grambling State University and Harvard University, Dannie believes fitness is more than physical movement — it’s alignment. Her approach to wellness is holistic, grounding the mind and body through intentional movement, meditation, and positive affirmations. She reminds us all to show up as our best selves, every single day:

“A good workout is not just about exercise but meditation and positive affirmations — and doing all three with genuine intent.”

Event Hosting / Vendor Opportunities

A set of eight neatly stacked course workbooks on a light oak table, each with a matte cover in a gradient of teal to deep navy, titled “8-Week Empowerment Series” in clean, modern lettering. Alongside the stack, one workbook lies open to a structured weekly reflection page, with printed prompts about career goals, confidence, and community involvement. A fine-tip pen rests diagonally across the page. Natural daylight from a side window creates gentle, directional lighting, casting soft shadows that emphasize the paper’s texture and the smooth finish of the covers. Photographic realism from a slightly overhead angle, with the background fading into a subtle blur of neutral office decor, communicates structure, growth, and the professionalism of a thoughtfully designed program.

P.L.O.W creates opportunities for women and local entrepreneurs to grow through our community events and vendor showcases. We host pop-ups, markets, and partner-led events that allow women to gain exposure, build connections, and strengthen their business presence—all while supporting a vibrant, community-centered space.

Outreach Services

Warm, community-focused photo of diverse adult women of color gathered in a bright community center, smiling and working together on a volunteer project like assembling care packages at a large table. Soft natural light, casual but coordinated outfits in soft neutrals and pastels, visible high-fives or supportive gestures, rich sense of sisterhood and encouragement, photographic realism.

P.L.O.W reaches women where they are through community pop-ups, resource drives, and onsite giveaways. We show up with essential items, information, and support that meet immediate needs and open the door to deeper connection. Our outreach keeps us grounded in the community and ensures women never feel forgotten.

“The Crown Initiative”-Launches April 2026

The Crown Initiative” is built on the belief that every woman carries an invisible crown—one that never comes off, even when life causes it to tilt. This program reminds women of the royalty within them: the strength, the grace, and the light that makes their crown glow. Through honest conversations, open communication, and letting humility lead; we will form an empowered sisterhood, we will learn to stand tall together, adjust each others crown with pride, and walk in a leadership that shines from the inside out.

In “The Crown Initiative”, we refuse to go against one another or tear each other down. We recognize that we are the same women living different circumstances, and together we rise. Here, we learn to lift each other up, encourage one another, ride for one another, and set a standard of excellence that every person who encounters us will grow to meet. We are our sister’s keeper—always.
